I just wanted to thank Sean and Chad on structuring a workout program for me. These guys really care about their clients. I was very impressed with how they walked me through the different weight lighting programs, as well as the cardio machines. After working out for a couple of weeks - they still ask me if I have any questions. Never have had that experience at other woukout facilities.

Today I called the facility at 9945 Jones Bridge Road in Alpharetta. I had some questions concerning membership, etc. since a new center will be opening up in Dunwoody very close to my office. I was fortunate that Paul answered the phone. He was very professional and easy to speak with. He answered every question to my satisfaction. It's hard these days to find good customer service but Paul demonstrated outstanding Customer Service.
Thank you for having such wonderful people like Paul. He stated he would fax me some information and I did receive it immediately. It was a pleasure dealing with Paul.
I have now been working out with a personal trainer at the gym for 6 1/2 weeks. I work with him 4 days a week and the other days I run on the treadmill and work my abs. The results are astounding! I have lost 1" in each arm; 1/2" in my waist; 1 1/2" in my hips; and 1 1/4" in each thigh. That's a grand total of 6 1/2" in 6 1/2 weeks! I've only lost 4 lbs but have gained muscle! My body fat has gone from 22.3% to an amazing 17.5%. I love this gym!!! I love my body!!! This is the first time in my life that I've truly felt sexy and to mark this momentous time I got a tattoo on my stomach that says, "Sexy"!

When I first got my membership I just had my first baby. I weighed 250lbs. I started working out every day, maybe twice a day. I started eating healthy. I got down to 190, then I found out that I was pregnant with our second. I weighed in at 245 when I delivered her. After I had her I was determined to loose all the weight. I did two-a-days for the most part, and eating healthy. After I had both of them I was in a size 22, I am now between 2-4 dress size now. You guys are great!

I want you to know that after only three days of using the gym, I have already begun to notice some physical changes. I feel an increase of energy. For example, this morning I forgot something as I was leaving the house, so I ran back inside, and as I did this, I felt as though I was lighter on my feet. Kind of like I had more pep to my step than I would have had before. I feel better physically than I did before I joined your gym, and I am amazed how after only three sessions I can already experience some remarkable changes in my physical condition. After feeling like I was spinning my wheels and working out at home for 2 hours a day with little to no results I signed up for tyhe 16 week testimonial program. I have to tell you I am absolutely amazed at the results in only 2 week time. I train with Vincent 3 days a week at the Dallas location. In addition to his training, he gave me a customized nutrition plan. The meal plan has been amazing, no more sweet and carb cravings and I don't get hungry at all. In just two weeks I have lost 2 pounds, but more importantly I've lost .5 inches in my arms, .5 inches in my waist, and .5 inches in each thigh. I can't wait to see the results at the end of the full 16 weeks! I was skeptical at first, but now I'm telling everyone I know to sign up for the membership because I'm proof that you know what you are doing. I will give you a full report at the end of my program.
